Industrial Fuel Handling System

Project Overview

This project involved the design, fabrication and installation of an industrial fuel handling system for a power generation facility. NextGen Projects executed the complete mechanical handling arrangement for the safe and efficient movement of solid fuel from the receiving area to the storage and feeding points. The system included belt conveyors, bucket elevators, vibrating screens, fuel bunkers and associated structural and material handling equipment. The project scope covered equipment fabrication, installation, alignment, chute work, structural support, testing and commissioning to ensure reliable and continuous fuel handling operations.
