Project Overview

NextGen Projects provides robust coal bunker fabrication solutions for boiler houses, thermal power plants and industrial fuel handling facilities. A coal bunker is a storage structure designed to temporarily hold coal and provide a controlled and continuous supply to the fuel feeding system. Our coal bunkers are fabricated according to the required storage capacity, coal consumption rate, material handling arrangement and available yard footprint. The bunker design can be integrated with belt conveyors, feeders, chutes and other fuel handling equipment to create an efficient coal handling system. We undertake complete fabrication and installation including structural fabrication, plate forming, welding, reinforcement, inlet and outlet arrangements, support structures and site erection. Coal bunkers can be customised for daily or hourly coal consumption requirements and configured according to the plant layout and operational requirements. Mild steel (MS) and carbon steel (CS) are used as the primary materials of construction depending on the application and design requirements. Our focus is on durable construction, reliable material flow, structural strength and safe operation for continuous industrial fuel handling.
