Project Overview

NextGen Projects provides complete pipeline insulation solutions for industrial process piping, helping maintain required operating temperatures, improve energy efficiency and protect equipment and personnel. Our insulation services include both hot insulation and cold insulation applications, selected according to the operating temperature and process requirements of the pipeline system. Hot insulation is applied to steam lines, hot process piping and boiler headers to reduce heat loss, retain thermal energy and provide protection against high surface temperatures. Cold insulation is used for chilled water lines, refrigeration systems and cryogenic piping to minimise heat gain, prevent condensation and maintain low operating temperatures. Our pipeline insulation work includes surface preparation, insulation installation, joint treatment, cladding or protective covering where required, finishing and quality inspection. The insulation system can be designed according to pipeline size, operating temperature, environmental conditions and application requirements.
