Project Overview

NextGen Projects provides custom-engineered pressure vessel fabrication solutions for industrial and mechanical applications where gases or liquids need to be safely contained under pressure. Our pressure vessels are designed and fabricated according to the required design pressure, operating conditions, volume, material of construction and applicable code requirements. Pressure vessels are suitable for applications including compressed air receivers, process gas storage and industrial plant utility systems. Depending on the application, vessels can be fabricated using mild steel (MS), carbon steel (CS) or stainless steel (SS), selected according to the stored medium, operating environment and corrosion requirements. Our fabrication scope includes plate preparation, rolling and forming, shell and head fabrication, nozzle installation, support fabrication, precision welding, inspection, testing and finishing. Each vessel is custom-engineered according to its required pressure rating, capacity and service conditions. Pressure vessels are designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Division 1 requirements, where applicable, with appropriate inspection and testing procedures to support safe and reliable operation.
