Project Overview
NextGen Projects provides industrial oil cooler fabrication solutions for lubrication, hydraulic and equipment cooling applications. Oil coolers are designed to remove excess heat from lubrication and hydraulic oil, helping maintain the operating temperature of critical machinery within safe limits. Our oil coolers are fabricated as shell-and-tube heat exchangers and are customised according to the required heat load, oil flow rate and available cooling medium. These systems are suitable for turbine and compressor lubrication systems, hydraulic power packs and gearbox cooling circuits. Depending on the operating conditions and process requirements, the shell can be fabricated from mild steel (MS), while tubes can be manufactured using carbon steel (CS) or stainless steel (SS). Our fabrication scope includes shell fabrication, tube bundle assembly, tube sheet installation, nozzle fabrication, supports, welding, inspection and pressure testing. Each oil cooler can be sized according to the required heat transfer duty, oil flow, cooling water or air availability and installation constraints. Properly designed oil cooling systems help control oil temperature, maintain lubrication performance, reduce thermal stress and support reliable operation of rotating and hydraulic equipment.
