Project Overview

NextGen Projects provides industrial bucket strainer fabrication solutions for process fluid and utility piping systems. A bucket strainer is an in-line filtration component installed in pipelines to capture dirt, debris, scale and other unwanted particles before they reach pumps and downstream equipment. Our bucket strainers are suitable for pump suction lines, process fluid piping and cooling water systems where continuous protection of critical equipment is required. The strainer is fabricated according to the pipeline diameter, flow rate, operating conditions and filtration requirements of the system. Depending on the application and process medium, bucket strainers can be fabricated using mild steel (MS), carbon steel (CS) or stainless steel (SS). Our fabrication scope includes body fabrication, basket or screen arrangement, inlet and outlet connections, cover assembly, drain arrangements, supports and other required fittings. Each strainer can be customised to suit the available pipeline space and required flow characteristics. Proper fabrication and installation help reduce the risk of debris-related equipment damage, minimise maintenance requirements and support reliable operation of pumps and downstream process equipment.
